The Forest City Volleyball Club is pleased to offer an annual scholarship to one male and one female athlete selected from the applicants who are deemed to meet the criteria.
If awarded, the value of the scholarship will be $500 to each recipient.
The recipients will have played as a member of the Forest City Volleyball Club for at least one year, and will be in their first year of post secondary education. In addition, they will have made a significant contribution to their varsity program, and been academically successful as defined by their athletic conference.
Successful candidates will be notified by April 30 and will be expected to attend the awards banquet to receive the award.
Athletes must complete the application form and return it, by email or regular mail, to Vaughan Peckham by March 31.
