In 1998 FCVC started with an 8 team tournament for girls and boys. Since then we have grown to where we now regularly host 30 boys and 30 girls teams, each on a separate day. Over the years, teams have come from as far as Windsor and east of Toronto. All of this is done at the home-base for volleyball in London, Fanshawe College.

The day has been planned, and the updated rules designed, to give all athletes maximum playing time and the coaches a chance to work on building their school teams. The play-offs are set up to insure that every team has a chance to finish the day playing against teams of equal caliber.

FCVC uses this tournament as a springboard for athletes who would like to compete at an elite level against others from across the province. This is also an opportunity for coaches, who would like to become more involved in our sport, to work with local youth.

We now offer volleyball for every age, from grade one all the way to the end of high school. Timbits for beginners up to grade 5, FCVC Minor League Volleyball for a more recreational experience from grades 6-8 and our new Acorn Volleyball that includes skills training and an hour of league competition.

Can you help us find the next national team player? Much of our clubs growth over the years has come from the large number of elementary school coaches who promote our sport and do a great job in teaching the fundamentals of the game.

Entry fee:	$100.00 Due one week prior to the tournament date (please, no exceptions). The tournament is open to all elementary schools in the London area. We will accept a limited number of applications from teams outside the London region. As this is a timed tournament, it will start on time and more importantly it will finish on time (no later than 5:00 pm on Saturday). Entries will be confirmed upon receipt of the entry fee.
Awards:	Gold Division Champion and Finalist Banner. Silver Division Champion banner. Award of Excellence to a player from each team. Tournament MVP.
Refreshments:	There will be a food booth, offering drinks, pizza, veggies and more. The proceeds support teams planning to travel.
